Clinical observations with the use of CDP-choline in cases of head injuries with consciousness disturbancesThe experience with the use of CDP-choline (Nicholin) in 30 patients having head injuries with consciousness disturbances is reported. The cases were classified according to perceptive and other reactions to painfull stimulations. The results were satisfactory in the cases in which obnubilation and drowsiness were the major manifestations.
