SUMMARY
In this paper the author shows the results obtained with various clones of rubber trees (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg.) planted at the Experimental Station «Theodureto de Camargo», in Campinas, São Paulo.
The vegetative development of the clones was considered normal for the climatic conditions of the region.
The rubber yield was most variable among the clones but the Par East clones almost always showed higher production than the national ones.
Considering that the disease «Microcyclus ulei (P. Henn.) V. Arx.» does not appear in epidemic character on the São Paulo Plateau, plantations of rubber trees of high production can be tested with relative success .
