ABSTRACT
We present the QNP as a guide for organization of ideas within research projects by 15 students of an undergraduate program at Federal University of Ceará: Literature and Languages. QNP’s several versions allowed us to observe students’ difficulties in relation to the construction of research objects, difficulties which were classified in 3 categories: 1) conceptual understanding, 2) cohesion in relation to the planned actions, and 3) short proficiency in academic writing. The QNP demanded a sophisticated reflection on the construction of research objects and a connection amongst the ideas, getting a meaningful itinerary for the next phase of project writing.
